The newly established Aerzen repairand spare parts centre, including a surface area of 1.800 m2 starts early 2009 with its operation.

Due to the continuously growing service business Aerzener Maschinenfabrik decided 2 years ago to establish a new centre for repairs as well as the procurement of spare parts and replacement kits. Maximum customer’s benefit has been the maxim regarding the entire project planning of this service unit.

Everything close-by, everything available

Therefore, the service process starts from the receipt of the machine to be maintained or to be repaired until delivery independent of the internal machine production. Own cleaning- and varnishing units, an own test bench with 55 kW drive and the steady local allocation of a defined assortment of more than 2.500 different standard parts within a computer-controlled lift-system guarantee a continuous material flow for the repair range and the delivery of spare parts.

High quality, short throughput time

The profit for our customers is the very short throughput time. Within the scope of preventive maintenance and repair work, basic maintenances can only be carried out with blowers in sizes GM 80 L within only 5 work days and within 15 work days in case of screw compressors up to size VM 337. It goes without saying that the Aerzen quality guidelines do apply. All wear parts are replaced by original parts and the machine will be supplied being subject to the agreed new guarantee.
An additional package for the installation and the re-commissioning at the factory can be arranged optionally by our local service technician at a lump sum. A practical and cost-saving service alternative – for every single customer!
