Aerzen Gulf LLC was founded in 2010 and thus enhances its presence in the Arab World.
Aerzen Gulf L.L.C. is a fully owned subsidiary of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH.
Aerzen Gulf LLC serves customers in the countries of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Yemen, Oman, Iraq, Sudan, Jordan and Lebanon.

The workplace will be in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, but field service will also be necessary in the countries stated above.

Job Description

Technical field service in UAE , Saudi Arabia and other Middle East countries.

Principle duties are:

• Installation, start-up and commissioning of our compressor and blower assemblies.
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Perform primary diagnosis and troubleshooting of machinery and plant failures.
• Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove and examine parts for defects such as breakage, excessive wear or misuse.
• Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components.
• Reassemble equipment after completion and restart of the unit.
• Record parts and materials used and order or requisite of new parts and materials as required.
• Record maintenance performed and gives explanation to the customer.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment, using various testing devices.
• Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators.
• Enter codes and instructions to instruments and control devices.
• Discuss equipment problems with customer or plant supervisor and assist with parts and material orders.
• Operate machine shop at Aerzen Gulf and maintain work tools and equipment.
• Practice and comply with all local and company policies and procedures, work rules and safety regulations.

Requirements

• “ Industrial machinery or maintenance mechanic “ Job title e.g. UK qualification HNC (higher national certificate);
• Associates degree, a 2 year technical degree or 3 years of job experience or combination of both.
• Equivalent qualification of any EU country.
• Job experience is preferred but not conditional.
• Effective communication rapport to interact with customers and the Aerzen Group.
• Ability to study and understand technical drawings and documentation and to actively consult ressources: manuals, training department, suppliers etc.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• Willingness to travel, to work overtime, nights, weekend as needed.
• Safety awareness, quality focused and goal oriented, team spirit.
